Return Policy

For safety reasons, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. As we have to dispose of returned medication, we are not able to process refunds on medication. If you have unwanted medicine, please contact our pharmacy team and we can guide you to safely dispose off any unwanted medicine at your local pharmacy.


If you have placed an order for a treatment, you have the right to cancel your order up until your medication has been dispatched. Your right to cancel the order terminates upon receipt of dispatch confirmation (you will receive an email notification upon dispatch confirmation).

You can cancel orders prior to dispatch, by telephone, or by emailing [email protected]


You have the right to cancel your order for medication up to the point when your medication is dispatched – this is defined as when you receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Should you be unable to collect your missed delivery or arrange for your medication to be redelivered by Royal Mail, we can resend your medication to the same, or a different address provided it has been returned to us within 30 days of the attempted delivery.

In the instance that your treatment has arrived:-
  1. Erroneously or incorrectly
  2. Damaged or faulty

We will refund the cost price of the medication to you in full, along with any delivery charge applied. Your refund will be applied within 7 days of confirmation of receipt and will be enacted against the payment method used to place the order.
